Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of tenofovir disoproxil orotate in hepatitis B (HBV) and human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) (2 arms), sponsored by Dong-A ST. Primary endpoints: Area Under Curve (AUC) last of Tenofovir at 72 hours and Maximum Concentration (Cmax) of Tenofovir at 72 hours. Started Oct 2015; status: completed.
