HORIZANT in Adolescents with Moderate-to-Severe Primary RLS

Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of gabapentin enacarbil in restless legs syndrome (RLS) (3 arms), sponsored by XenoPort, Inc. Primary endpoints: Change on the International Restless Legs Scale (IRLS) rating scale from baseline at 12 weeks and Proportion of patients who are responders on the Clinical Global Impression - Improvement (CGI-I) scale at 12 weeks.
