Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in multiple myeloma (MM) comparing Carfilzomib/dexamethasone maintenance with Observation without maintenance (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time to Progression after initial HDT vs salvage HDT at 3 years and Time to Progression (Maintenance vs Observation) at 3 years. Status: unknown.
