Overview
Open-label trial of pyridostigmine in diabetic autonomic neuropathy (DAN) and gastrointestinal motility disorder (2 arms), sponsored by Aarhus University. Primary endpoints: Difference in Donepezil standard-uptake values (SUV) for the small intestine between diabetic patients and healthy subjects at 1 year and Difference in total gastrointestinal transit time between diabetic patients and healthy subjects at 1 year. Started Oct 2015; status: terminated.
