Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in multiple myeloma (MM) comparing Clarithromycin + VCD with Placebo + VCD (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Very Good Partial Response or Better Response After Three Courses of VCD Combined With Clarithromycin or Placebo at 10 weeks. Started Jan 2015; status: terminated.
