Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of ketamine in treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Primary endpoints: Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale and Clinical-Administered PTSD Scale at 2 weeks. Started May 2015; status: completed.
