Overview
Phase 1, randomised trial of broccoli seed and sprout extract in epidermolysis bullosa simplex (EBS) and pachyonychia congenita (PC) (2 arms), sponsored by Johns Hopkins University. Primary endpoints: Immunohistochemistry for skin proteins at 1 month and Real time- Polymerase Chain Reaction at 1 month. Started Sep 2015; status: completed.
