Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in myelofibrosis (MF) comparing Vismodegib + Ruxolitinib with Placebo + Ruxolitinib (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants who Achieve a Greater Than or Equal to (>=) 35% Reduction in Spleen Volume from Baseline at 24 weeks and Percentage of Participants with Complete Remission (CR) and Partial Remission (PR) at 24 weeks.
