Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of brivaracetam in epilepsy (2 arms), sponsored by UCB. Primary endpoints: Level of synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2A (SV2A) receptor occupancy during the displacement scans at 120 minutes, Equilibrium tissue to plasma activity ratio (VT) of [11C]UCB-J at 120 minutes and 2 more.
