Overview
Phase 4, randomised, single-blind trial of 5-aminolevulinic acid in actinic keratosis (AK) (4 arms), sponsored by Dermatology, Laser & Vein Specialists of the Carolinas. Primary endpoints: Percentage of treatment areas with >75% reduction in lesion count as compared to baseline at 6 months and Percentage of treatment areas with 100% cure rate as compared to baseline at 6 months.
