Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of sodium thiosulfate in Vascular calcification, soft tissue calcification and nephrolithiasis, sponsored by Insel Gruppe. Primary endpoint: Relative bioavailability of STS after oral administration based on urinary excretion of TS and sulfate at 7 weeks. Planned start Dec 2018; status: withdrawn.
