Canagliflozin-Mealtime Insulin Rescue

Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) comparing canagliflozin with placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of patients who discontinue all pre-meal medications for at least one meal per day at 24 weeks, Number of patients who replace mealtime insulin with an oral agent for at least one meal per day at 24 weeks and 3 more.
