Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of savolitinib in colorectal cancer (CRC) and squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (HNSCC), sponsored by Yale University. Primary endpoint: Safety and tolerability based on regular clinical assessment and NCI Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events at 3 years. Planned start Jan 2017; status: withdrawn.
