Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetic retinopathy (DR) comparing Observation (Prompt Sham) with Prompt aflibercept (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Development of PDR and/or DME (Whichever Came First) at 2 years and Change in Visual Acuity From Baseline at 2 years. Started Jan 2016; status: completed.
