Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of hyperpolarized 13C-pyruvate in hypertension (HTN), hypertrophy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and 2 more (2 arms), sponsored by Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Primary endpoint: Ability of the MRI machine to produce an image of the participant's heart following an injection of Hyperpolarized Pyruvate (13C) as assessed by the physician at 2 years.
