Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of EDP-494 in hepatitis C (HCV) (4 arms), sponsored by Enanta Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoint: Composite number and frequency of treatment emergent adverse events, physical examination findings, abnormal vital signs, 12 lead ECG, and abnormal clinical laboratory results at 4 weeks.
