Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of AF-130 in hypertension (HTN) and heart failure (HF) (4 arms), sponsored by Merck & Co. Primary endpoints: Number of subjects with treatment-related adverse events following a single oral dose of AF-130 at 48 hours and Number of subjects with treatment-related adverse events following multiple oral doses of AF-130 at 7 days.
