Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of (+)-epicatechin in Friedreich's ataxia (FA). Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline in Friedreich Ataxia Rating Scale (FARS) Composite Score at 24 weeks and Change in Ventricular Hypertrophy as Shown on Cardiac MRI at 24 weeks.
