Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of rocapuldencel-T in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (4 arms), sponsored by GU Research Network. Primary endpoints: Adverse events as assessed by Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) V4.03 at 2 Years and Generation of Cluster of Differentiation-8 (CD8)+ Cluster of Differentiation (CD28)+ memory T-cells. Planned start Mar 2016; status: withdrawn.
