Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of fesoterodine in autonomic dysreflexia (AD) and neurogenic detrusor overactivity (NDO), sponsored by University of British Columbia. Primary endpoints: Decrease in severity of autonomic dysreflexia from baseline at 12 weeks and Decrease in severity of spontaneously occurring episode of Autonomic Dysreflexia during 24 hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring at 12 weeks. Started Feb 2016; status: completed.
