Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of lidocaine 10% oropharyngeal spray in herpes zoster (HZ) (2 arms), sponsored by Centrexion Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Incidence, intensity, relationship, and seriousness of treatment-emergent Adverse Events at 28 days and Time to Maximum Plasma Concentration (Tmax) at 28 days.
