Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of ferumoxytol in esophageal cancer, sponsored by Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Feasibility of using MRI-ferumoxytol for the identification of metastatic lymph nodes at 2 years and Safety of intravenous ferumoxytol at 2 years. Planned start May 2016; status: withdrawn.
