Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) comparing Trazodone with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Respiratory arousal threshold at 8 hours and Apnea Hypopnea Index at 8 hours. Planned start Oct 2021; status: withdrawn.
