FAZA PET Imaging for Hypoxia in Lung Cancer

Open-label, single-arm trial of Fluoroazomycin arabinoside F-18 in lung cancer, sponsored by University Health Network. Primary endpoints: Number of patients with lung cancer using the PET tracer FAZA to image primary tumor hypoxia prior to treatment with radiotherapy at 5 years and Number of patients with lung cancer using 4D (gated) and static PET imaging of FAZA uptake at 5 years.
