Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of dabigatran etexilate oral solution in thromboembolism (6 arms), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Area Under the Concentration-time Curve of Free Dabigatran in Plasma Over the Time Interval From 0 to the Time of the Last Quantifiable Data Point at 48 hours and Maximum Concentration of Free Dabigatran at 48 hours.
