Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate in gastric ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) (2 arms), sponsored by Ajou University School of Medicine. Primary endpoint: Mean percent decrease from baseline in integrated gastric acidity after 7th dose at Day 7. Started May 2014; status: completed.
