Celecoxib impact on cortical excitability in healthy volunteers

Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of celecoxib in epilepsy (4 arms), sponsored by Seoul National University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Power spectral change by single oral dose of celecoxib at 4 hours and Cortical excitability alteration in brain cortex by long-term treatment of celecoxib at 7 days.
