Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of aclarubicin in retinal vasculopathy with cerebral leukoencephalopathy and systemic manifestations (RVCL-S), sponsored by Washington University School of Medicine. Primary endpoint: Change in Lesion Pattern on Fluid-Attenuated Inversion Recovery (FLAIR) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) at 6 months. Started Dec 2016; status: completed.
