Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in oculopharyngeal muscular dystrophy (OPMD) and spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) comparing Trehalose 9% with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Safety and tolerability of escalating doses of intravenously administered trehalose at Day 8. Started Mar 2016; status: completed.
