Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic constipation comparing E. coli Nissle 1917 (Mutaflor®) with Matched placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Relief of constipation defined by improvement of complete spontaneous bowel movements(CSBMs/week) at 28 days. Started Sep 2016; status: completed.
