Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of sirolimus in bladder cancer (3 arms), sponsored by UT Health San Antonio. Primary endpoints: Percentage change in systemic (whole blood) gamma-delta T cells frequency at 3 months, Percentage change in systemic (whole blood) gamma-delta T cell proliferation in response to BCG-specific antigens at 3 months and 1 more.
