Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in open-angle glaucoma (OAG) and ocular hypertension comparing SIMBRINZA with Vehicle (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Least Squares Mean Change From Baseline in 24-hr Intraocular Pressure (IOP) at 4 weeks. Started May 2016; status: completed.
