Overview
Phase 2, randomised, single-blind trial of methylprednisolone injection and prednisone in multiple sclerosis (MS) (3 arms), sponsored by National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. Primary endpoint: Presence or absence of a hypointense phase rim around each lesion followed over time at 13 weeks. Started Oct 2016; status: recruiting.
