Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Parkinson's disease (PD) comparing Rasagiline with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in Free-water Accumulation in the Substantia Nigra at 1 year and Change in Blood Oxygen Level-dependent Signal in the Posterior Putamen, M1, and Supplementary Motor Area at 1 year.
