Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and obesity comparing AphoelineBrake with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Reduction in Insulin Resistance measured by HOMA-IR at 12 months and Reduction in glycated Haemoglobin measured: HBA1c at 12 months. Started Dec 2014; status: terminated.
