Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of loteprednol etabonate ophthalmic gel 0.38% in post-operative ocular inflammation and post-operative ocular pain (2 arms), sponsored by KALA BIO. Primary endpoints: Complete Resolution of Anterior Chamber (AC) Cells at Day 15 and Complete Resolution of Ocular Pain at Day 15. Started Jun 2016; status: completed.
