Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of aclidinium and formoterol in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (4 arms), sponsored by AstraZeneca. Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline in 1-hour Morning Post-dose Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 Second at 24 weeks and Change From Baseline in Morning Predose (Trough) FEV1 at 24 weeks.
