Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of cabotegravir in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 infection (HIV-1) (2 arms), sponsored by ViiV Healthcare. Primary endpoints: Area under the concentration time curve from time zero extrapolated to infinite time at Day 15, Area under the concentration time curve from time zero to last time of quantifiable concentration at Day 15 and 2 more.
