Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of loteprednol etabonate ophthalmic gel 0.38% in dry eye disease (DED) (2 arms), sponsored by KALA BIO. Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline/Visit 2 (Day 1) in Bulbar Conjunctival Hyperemia at Visit 4 (Day 15) and Change From Baseline/Visit 2 (Day 1) in Ocular Discomfort Severity at Visit 4 (Day 15).
