Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of Anti-hCD70 CAR transduced peripheral blood lymphocytes in pancreatic cancer (PC), renal cell carcinoma (RCC), breast cancer and 2 more (2 arms), sponsored by National Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Frequency and severity of treatment-related adverse events at 2 weeks and Response rate at 2 years. Started Apr 2017; status: recruiting.
