Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) comparing Arm 2 (Selinexor) cytarabine, daunorubicin and selinexor with Standard of Care - Cytarabine and daunorubicin (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Overall Survival at 1 year. Started Feb 2018; status: active, not recruiting.
