Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of dihydrotetrabenazine in Huntington's disease (HD). Primary endpoints: VMAT2 occupancy by HTBZ determined by positron emission tomography (PET) scanning at 60 minutes and Safety and Tolerability of single oral doses of HTBZ at 1 day.
