Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of flortaucipir, sponsored by University of Southern California. Primary endpoints: Rate of change of tau deposition as measured by 18F-AV-1451 at 3 years and Change in tau deposition as measured by 18F-AV-1451 standardized uptake value ratio (SUVR) from the baseline scan at 168 weeks.
