Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Alport syndrome comparing Placebo/Lademirsen with Lademirsen/Lademirsen (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Treatment-emergent Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events at Week 106 and Annualized Change From Baseline in Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate at Week 48.
