Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) comparing rhNGF with Vehicle (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of Events as of Primary Safety Outcomes at Day 56 and Change From Baseline in Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) Ocular Tolerability Score at Day 84.
