Overview
Phase 3, open-label, single-arm trial of valproic acid in focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) and minimal change disease (MCD), sponsored by UZ Brussel. Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients in complete remission at 6 months and Proportion of patients able to reduce maintenance at 6 months. Status: unknown.
