Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) and Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) (2 arms), sponsored by Huons. Primary endpoints: Area Under Curve (AUC) last of Tenofovir at 72 hours and Maximum concentration (Cmax) of Tenofovir at 72 hours. Started Sep 2016; status: completed.
