Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of acetylcysteine in alcohol use disorder (AUD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sponsored by Medical University of South Carolina. Primary endpoints: Change in Alcohol Use Disorder Severity at 8 weeks and Change in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Severity at 8 weeks. Started Oct 2016; status: completed.
