Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of colistin in cystic fibrosis (CF) (3 arms), sponsored by National Jewish Health. Primary endpoints: Absolute Change in Forced Expiratory Volume at One Second (FEV1) % Predicted at 14 days and Rate of Occurrence of the Development of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) at 14 days.
