Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of autologous dendritic cells loaded with autologous tumour homogenate in colorectal cancer (CRC), sponsored by Istituto Romagnolo per lo Studio dei Tumori "Dino Amadori". Primary endpoints: Incidence of Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 24 months and Immunological efficacy at 24 months. Started Dec 2016; status: active, not recruiting.
